By accessing or using WebhookWhisper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WebhookWhisper provides webhook testing, inspection, and forwarding tools for developers. The Service includes free and paid tiers. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Receive, store, or forward illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform
  • Transmit malware, spam, or phishing payloads
  • Scrape or harvest data from the platform
  • Impersonate other users or services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payments and Refunds

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund policy for new Pro subscriptions. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Webhook data is stored temporarily as described in the Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebhookWhisper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
